Shipping
Once payment has cleared your order will then be shipped & not before payment has cleared. Once payment has cleared I will do my best to get your orders out within one to three days, however it may take a little longer during busy periods. Can only post (ship) your orders out during business week days, (not weekends or public holidays).All orders are posted (shipped) by Australia Post with Tracking. If you require registered post or signature on delivery, I can arrange that. Please just leave me a note during checkout or email me through the Contact page & I will get back to you with the current rates before payment.
Shipping is calculated on what Australia Post charges on total weight & the size of your parcel.
International Orders are shipped through Australia Post.
International orders are shipped with tracking from Australia Post. (Shipping prices will be according to what Australia Post charges at that current time.)
Please ensure you enter the correct shipping/postal address details during checkout. Will ship out your orders to the address entered during checkout & once processed I can't change it. So please double check your address details are entered correctly at checkout.
Such Pizzazz is not responsible for purchases that are returned due to incorrect addresses given.
Shipping times are dependant on Australia Post. Will always do my best to get your order out ASAP, have no control once it's in the hands of Australia Post for delivery times, etc & recommend you visit Australia Post website if you have any concerns regarding this. Please note: once shipped I'm not responsible for shipping/postage delays, lost or stolen parcels.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as Exchanges are not accepted. All orders are inspected and packed with care.
But if there is something wrong with your order please contact me within 48 hours of you receiving your order & I will see what I can do.
All returns are considered on an individual basis, however no returns are considered or accepted 7 days after reciept of delivery, (7 days after your tracking number states delivered).
To be considered for return, item must be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value & for return postage/ shipping costs.
All postage costs cannot be refunded and no money will be refunded until item/s have been received.
Please read your 'Care Instructions' upon receiving your order as it contains important information to keep your jewellery in good condition. Your jewellery cannot be returned due to damage from improper care.
All items are listed with as much information as possible. It's the customers responsibilty to ensure all product descriptions, including sizing is read & understood before purchase.
Please note: There is no exchange on ear hooks/wires due to health regulations.
Cancellations: will only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
Request a cancellation: within 24 hours of purchase.

Photos of the jewellery pieces are not edited at all, they are as true to life as they can be. Just, 'Such Pizzazz & Artisan Jewellery by Fiona Rack' is added to the photos. Only due to screen differences, resolutions etc colours may vary.
